The Service

1. Conduct a high-level review to detect potential EB opportunities. This is done with our EB opportunity matrix to determine a baseline of major issues to discuss and to justify proceeding with the investigation. The results illustrate business areas that may benefit from EB functionality and provide clarity on priority issues and constraints.
2. Review of topical issues and develop descriptions of envisioned EB processes and specific requirements. We focus on functionality that will facilitate transactions and communications with customers, vendors, and distributors. System needs are organized in the Requirements Builder^TM software.
3. Based on the operational requirements, discuss Web site design, construction, and strategies.
4. Determine if established EB requirements and descriptions of functionality can be effected sufficiently by current ERP vendor or third-party partners. If so, plan to concentrate on features that can be initiated with ease and/or have a high payback.
5. If EB objectives cannot be met by the current ERP system infrastructure, a search for an appropriate ERP package should be planned. The foundation for such a search is set by the work accomplished in the EB review.
